Harding Students Attend Grand Opening of Justice and Democracy Center; Meet Associate Justice Sotomayor

Three Harding Senior High School students from Emily Lockhart's Street Law class were invited to go to the grand opening of St. Paul's Justice and Democracy Center at the Warren E. Burger Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse on October 21.

This was a special event with honored guest, Supreme Court Associate Justice Sonia Sotomayor. Pictured to the right of her are Harding students Lanah Nguyen, Aidan Moua and Cadence Lee. The students got to participate in an exclusive interactive Q&A session with her and learn about her background and judicial philosophy.
