Science

Our department offers a comprehensive curriculum of classes which are delivered by our dynamic and experienced teaching staff. These include advanced classes through the International Baccalaureate (IB) program, as well as electives. Each course is designed to engage students while maintaining high expectations for achievement under the Minnesota state science standards.

Harding science students use state-of-the-art technology to engage in inquiry and conduct experiments.  Students are challenged to understand and master difficult scientific concepts. Furthermore, it is our mission to make learning accessible to all students. To this end, we provide co-taught English Learner and Special Education classes for many of our science courses. In these classes a science content teacher and an EL or SPED teacher team to provide the content and support students need to succeed.
