Health
The goal of the health and wellness curriculum at Harding is to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to make informed decisions that would enhance their personal wellness and that of their respective communities. Wellness is about being aware of the choices we make and how those choices impact our lives. Health class focuses on all areas of life-long health and wellness. These areas include physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and intellectual health.
