School Continuous Improvement Plan (SCIP) 2024-2025
Advanced Rigorous Coursework Participation
The percentage of all 10-12th grade students participating in advanced/rigorous coursework will increase by at least 10% pts. as measured by the Advanced Courses Report in BOLT by Spring 2025.
Personal Learning Plan (Focus On 9th Grade)
100% of 9th-grade students will complete all required personal learning plan (PLP) tasks as monitored quarterly and measured by PLP log in Xello by Spring 2025.
MCA - Reading - SMART Goal
The percentage of all 10th-grade students scoring proficient or higher in reading will increase by at least 5% pts. as measured by the MCA III Reading Assessment administered in April 2025.
MCA - Math - SMART Goal
The percentage of 11th-grade students scoring proficient or higher in mathematics will increase by at least 5% pts. as measured by the MCA III Mathematics Assessment administered in April 2025.
9th Grade Credit Attainment
All student groups will have at least 90% passing in core courses and Ethnic Studies and at least 85% passing rate will be attained in all other courses as measured quarterly by the Final Marks report in BOLT by June of 2025.
Climate and Culture/PBIS
One hundred percent of all students in grades 9-12 will participate in the Student Climate Survey in the Fall of 2024 and again in the Spring of 2025 and Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams will assess corresponding Tier 2 and Tier 3 core features in SY24-25 as measured by both:
1. Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI) Fall & Spring
2. Self-assessment Survey (SAS) Fall & Spring
ATTENDANCE GOAL
At least 85% of all students will consistently attend school, and all student groups will reach at least 80% consistent attendance as measured by the Consistent Attendance Report in BOLT by June 2025.
