| Harding is divided into 5 unique academies or small learning communities. Each academy has an administrator, counselor and an academy chairperson.
The academies are:
- Medical and Environmental Studies Academy
- Science Engineering and Industiral Technology Academy
All students who enter Harding in 9th grade go into the 9th Grade Academy to prepare them for High School. Near the end of 9th grade students choose one of the other 4 academies based on their career path of interest.
