English Read 180 Home

About

This site features access to a wide range of information and activities for English Read 180 at Harding High School .

Our students use the Scholastic Read 180 program to build reading and writing skills. For more information about our studies, see Syllabus. For examples of our students' work, see Classes and individual student's Six Year Plan sites .

Our students are recipients of gift RIF at SPPS books distributed three times a year. For more information about RIF, see RIF (Reading Is FUNdamental) . The RIF books help our students participate in the St Paul Reads (SPPS) program.

Our English Read 180 classes are privileged to participate in the Metronet Information Literacy Project (MILP) at SPPS. For information about our participation, see Inf oLit.

Mission

Our mission is to help students build language arts (reading and writing) skills to prepare for satisfying lives after high school.

We work in collaboration with our media specialist to help students improve their information literacy skills.
