On February 23rd-24th, Twenty one Harding high school seniors
participated in the overnight Pan African Conference field trip at
Minnesota State, Mankato, MN. The weather was fierce but the students
took home a wealth of leadership knowledge, as well as the experience
of meeting several community leaders and state representatives. The
biggest high light of the conference was meeting The honorable Keith
Ellison and listening to his keynote address concerning the state of
African Americans in today's government.
