Deadline for Spring:  Dec. 1; Deadline for Fall:  July 1.  Auto body repair, welding, carpentry, cabinet making, cosmetology, nail care technician, machine tool processes, appliance field service technician all only need 2.0 minimum GPA, counselor recommendation, appropriate test scores.

For the University of Minnesota, you must download the application for PSEO or call.  Please be advised that the deadlines are firm and more students are applying.

You are encouraged to start the application process early and allow ample time for teachers/counselors to write letters of recommendation if required.

 

2 year public schools require the free Accuplacer assessment/placement test. à Make time in your schedule to go to the college and take this free, un-timed test!

 

 

Remember: Tuition, books and equipment are free for high school PSEO students. Tools and cosmetology kits are not. Transportation $$ is available àSee counselor.

Make an appointment to meet with your Guidance Counselor as soon as possible.  In college, 1st semester classes usually start in AUGUST

(U of M=early September) and end in DECEMBER.   2nd semester classes usually start in JANUARY and end in MAY. Be aware!
