Elementary
and Secondary students, both new or returning to the Saint Paul Public
Schools, are processed by the Student Placement Center. The Student
Placement Center is located at 2102 University Ave W., on the corner of University and Cleveland Ave. The Student Placement Center provides:
- An assessment of the students's academic and language skills
- Referral to Special Education services, when necessary
- Information regarding schools and programs
- Health assessments

From Interstate 94: take the Cretin/Vandalia exit and go north to
University Avenue, turn left (east) and go one and one half blocks to
Cleveland Avenue, turn left (south) and left into parking lot.
